Cooler Cart Build Plans

Let's start by giving you a link to the finished Cooler Cart on the set of Renovation Hunters:

As usual with all of my projects, I took some plans that I liked and made a few modifications to meet the needs of the space. That said, here are a few changes I made to suit the build.

1.) I removed the top cover of the cooler cart, as this reduced how many different coolers could be used in here and limited it to the cooler that I build it for. Long term, this made more sense as this was going to a hunting camp with many different family members utilizing it.

2.) I built the legs evenly and removed the wheels. With this being placed on a deck and at a cabin I didnt want to leave the chance that while no one was at the camp, the wheels caused this to slide off the deck or damage the property.

3,) I added a couple bottle opener hooks and bottle openers to help keep the fun moving.

Here is a link to the Simpson Strong Tie website where the plans have been created for you and can be found along with a lot of other outdoor build plans!

As always, Happy Building and feel free to message me with any questions!
